Several factors can influence the cost of a fence build, including:
- Grade of your yard: Sloped yards or those with uneven terrain can make builds more complex and time-consuming; potentially increasing costs.
- Access to your yard and working areas: Limited access, such as narrow gates or tight spaces, can require specialized equipment or additional labor.
- Proximity of utility cables in the ground to the working area: If there are underground utility cables near the fence line, extra precautions and careful slow hand digging techniques will be enforced to avoid damage/injury.
- Ground quality for digging: Rocky or hard soil/clay can make digging and setting posts more challenging, potentially requiring specialized tools or additional labor, impacting the cost.
